Backspace and arrow keys not working in Group Policy Management Console (GPMC)

In my current VDI project i realize that the backspace and the arrow keys are not working in the Group Policy Management Console (GPMC). You can test it by creating a new GPO and use either the backspace or the arrow keys.

After a short research I found the solution in the Microsoft KB article 2466373. Download and install the hotfix will resolve the bug.
